- All international graduate applicants whose native language is not English must attain English proficiency verification to be admitted
- Once admitted, international students who are offered a graduate teaching assistantship must also attain English proficiency certification to become eligible to teach at TAMUG

International Applicants

- English Proficiency Requirements
- International Transcripts
- You must submit official transcripts for all post-secondary institutions attended. To be considered official, transcripts must have the signature of a school official or an original school seal.
- You must submit proof of an earned bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher. An official statement of the award of the degree or diploma is required for each degree completed.
- Transcripts not issued in English must be accompanied by an official English translation prepared by a recognized translation service and include all original seals and/or signatures.
- International transcripts should be sent to the Office of Admissions in College Station.
