TAMUG Writing Lab

Amy Caton

The Writing Lab offers complimentary, peer-to-peer writing counseling for all TAMUG students. Our counselors are fellow students who contribute specialized knowledge from diverse majors and who have taken writing intensive courses – often the very course you may need help with. We offer 30-minute or one-hour digital editing sessions for each student and can accommodate group projects as well. Our expertise encompasses the life-cycle of the writing process including research, organizing information, revision, editing, grammar & formatting, bibliographies, and presentations. We can review your lab reports, research papers, resumes, personal essays, cover letters, business cards and more. You can make an appointment with any of our counselors and upload your document within TutorTrac or just stop by!

We are in Williams Library, Suite 108 (Behind the Circulation Desk)

You can e-mail us at writinglab@tamug.edu
