Group Fitness classes are FREE for TAMUG students and members of the Campus Recreation Center. All Group Fitness classes take place in the Campus Recreation Center Multipurpose Room. No sign up is required but it is advised to arrive early as space is limited.
For 4-8 participants. Small group training sessions last 40 minutes and focus on 3 aspects of physical fitness; cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, and mobility. All workouts are conducted by a certified personal trainer, and small class sizes allow for all participants to receive customized workouts for all fitness levels. Regular sessions run throughout the semester.
Participants may choose 1 - 4 class sessions to attend weekly. Each class time selected cost $15 to cover the chosen time slot (2 times a week for the entire semester is $30 total) for 6 weeks. Please do not choose more than one class in the same day.
Monday: 4:30 pm - 5:10pm
Wednesday: 4:30 pm - 5:10pm
Special Friday Weight Lifting SGT Session:
Friday: 9:30am - 10:10am | 12:00pm - 12:40pm

All small group training sessions are located in the Sea Aggie Studio, in the Sea Aggie Center (Building 3026 Room 401). Check in at the front desk of the Sea Aggie Fitness Center (Building 3026). Sessions are conducted by Fitness and Wellness Coordinator, Krissy Johnson. Krissy is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer as well as a certified High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) instructor.
