Officers    

Leads Council meetings, assists new members, and handles official communications. Oversees Employee of the Quarter (EOQ) and Employee of the Year (EOY) nominations and voting.

Assists Chair in their absence and assumes full duties of Chair if they can no longer serve, assists new members, collects feedback from Staff, maintains social media, oversees subcommittees, leads event planning tasks.

Manages Council finances, tracks the budget, and processes expenses. Handles funds for events and records EOQ and EOY donations and gifts.

Records meeting minutes, coordinates reports, manages the Council calendar, and organizes communication with members.

Promotes Council events and maintains its public image. Creates marketing materials, bi-monthly newsletters, and handles event-related emails.
