Cyber Wise 2025 Student Data Challenge    

We are proud to announce that our students Yasir Ali Farrukh and Syed Wali from the CARES Lab have achieved First Place in the student competition organized by the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science!

Competing under their team name, "Firewall Force," they secured the top spot among 26 participating teams in the Graduate Division. Their project stood out by presenting a comprehensive security solution that not only included predictive but also prescriptive frameworks—showcasing the future of intelligent cybersecurity.

This remarkable achievement reflects the spirit of innovation and excellence at CARES Lab. We congratulate Yasir and Wali on this outstanding success and look forward to seeing their continued contributions to the world of data science and security!
