4. Impact: The student should have had a positive impact on the campus community and made a significant contribution to student life.
5. Communication: The student should have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate their vision and goals.
6. Collaboration: The student should have demonstrated a willingness to collaborate and engage with other student leaders and the wider campus community.
7. Character: The student should demonstrate strong character, integrity, and ethics in their leadership activities.
