Our Mission
The mission of the Office for Community Standards (OCS), which is part of Campus Living & Learning in the Division of Student Affairs at Texas A&M University at Galveston, is:
To promote concepts of fairness and due process in conduct settings throughout the university community, while striking a balance between community standards and individual behavior through educational development of students.
Who We Are and What We Do
The Office for Community Standards (OCS) is part of Campus Living & Learning in the Division of Student Affairs at Texas A&M University at Galveston.
OCS is responsible for:

Supervision and coordination of the student conduct/student discipline process and appeal process;

Supervision and coordination of the Galveston Aggie Honor System Office including assisting instructors with adjudicating academic dishonesty/academic misconduct and coordination of the Honor Council Appeal process;

Maintaining and updating the online TAMUG Student Rules
