Voicemail
Setup your voicemail for the first time by recording a personalized greeting and mailbox name. Learn how to access your voicemail from on and off Campus. Need to fast forward playback, delete or skip to the next message, check out the Message Actions..
On Campus:
From your phone
Press the Messages button or dial 4444
Enter your PIN number followed by #
the voicemail system will prompt you for input and guide you depending on what actions you are taking.
From another phone
Press the Messages button or dial 4444
When voicemail answers press * followed by your extension number and then #
Enter your PIN number followed by #
The voicemail system will prompt you for input and guide you depending on what actions you are taking.
Off Campus:
Dial 409 740 4444
When voicemail answers press * followed by your extension number and then #
Enter your PIN number followed by #
The voicemail system will prompt you for input and guide you depending on what actions you are taking.
Record a Personal Greeting
This is the greeting that callers will hear when you don't answer your phone:
Press the Messages button or dial 4444
Enter your PIN number followed by #
Press 4 then 1 then 1 and record a personal greeting and follow the prompts
Record a Mailbox Name
This is the name that will play when you leave someone a message:
Press the Messages button or dial 4444
Enter your PIN number followed by #
To Record your mailbox name (normally only needs to be done at initial setup of mailbox):
Press 4 then 3 then 2 and say your name and follow the prompts.
