Printing in Computer Labs
In order to avoid excessive and wasteful printing, a printing allocation is in place for all students.
Each student will receive a $45 (500 black and white pages) printing allocation at the beginning of each long semester and $25 (277 black and white pages) for each summer semester. Color printing will impact the overall total number of pages because it is more expensive.
When the semester allocation is exhausted, students will be required to purchase additional pages to continue printing.
Students can purchase additional pages, $10 minimum, by purchasing them at the Cashier’s Office in MAIN and bringing their receipt to Information Technology (IT) in CLB, Room 113.
There will be no refunds unless an error occurred. Please report all charged printing errors to the Library Circulation Desk or IT Helpdesk in CLB 113.
All accounts will start with a new allocation at the beginning of each semester. To check your balance logon to My Print Center at: mobileprint.tamug.edu.

Remember when printing to be considerate of the environment and reduce waste.
Each day, thousands of sheets of paper are printed at TAMUG. A large percentage of these end up in the recycling bin. This waste of paper and toner negatively impacts the environment.
