Texas A&M Maritime Academy Request for MART/MARE484 Internship
Cadets, their families, and/or friends are welcome to contact companies, vessels, or unions directly for billets. In order to sail commercially, prior approval of your billet must be obtained by the Texas A&M Maritime Academy. Failure to obtain approval will result in your sea time not counting. To obtain approval, cadets are required to submit vessel specifications to the Academy Sea Term Coordinator to determine if the vessels meet program requirements for sea time.
