What in your life drew you to your current field of study?
My interest in science in general, but most especially in chemistry.
What do you hope your students gain from studying or working with you?
For my classes that the students come to appreciate the subject, and learn something about what lies at its foundations, and how it impacts the world around us. For my colleagues in research, that we jointly come to understand and expand the subject of our research.
What are you passionate about in your personal life?
My family, my friends, my research, my teaching, my fidelity, and more.
