Organizational Review

An organizational review initiated last year as part of President Banks’ Path Forward, an ambitious and strategic plan that provides guidance for carrying out Texas A&M’s mission and vision, has helped determine opportunities to connect the College Station and Galveston campuses, capitalize on unique education experiences, support training and industry needs, and align operational functions for effectiveness. The report was released earlier this year, and President Banks’ response to the report is now available.

FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT TEAMS

Functional support teams will conduct a detailed analysis of what currently exists in their functional areas and provide recommendations for the task force to consider in developing a PR strategy proposal for the new school.

Functional group leads are assigned to MarCom-Galveston to ensure appropriate reporting into the task force and community groups and to support feedback and analysis efforts.

Leads will create a team of Galveston and College Station knowledge experts to deliver actionable recommendations to the task force.
