No Regrets
No Regrets
A note from the instructor: "My first year of university was a nightmare.  Every month, I became more and more intimidated, isolated, unmotivated, overwhelmed, ineffective, miserable, and unsuccessful.  Soon, I was kicked out of university, with almost no hope of ever getting back in.  I was rescued from that darkest time by a magical question.  Wouldn't it be amazing if I could somehow turn my life around, get back into university, and eventually become a professor, all so that I could then help future university freshmen have the best year of their lives, instead of the worst?   I have spent the last 28 years keeping a promise.  I have devoured the scientific research, gathered the most helpful information ever discovered, and boiled it down to its barest bones.  Now I will teach you the things that I wish someone had taught me when I started university."

This course will help you fundamentally change your brain, and improve your life.  It will teach you how to increase and strengthen your memory, bravery, intelligence, ambition, resilience, optimism, happiness, and friendships.  It will transform your fear of challenge into the love of challenge, and it will help you live your life with meaning, purpose, and no regrets.
