Employee of the Quarter- Second Quarter 2016

Bill Elizondo, Senior Information Technology Consultant in Information Services, has won the Employee of the Quarter award for the second quarter of FY 2016.

Bill was nominated by Dr. Ayal Anis for the following reasons:

“Bill seems to go above and beyond the “call of duty”. Whenever I have contacted him for assistance, his response has been prompt and fixed the problem. This has been so ever since Mr. Elizondo joined TAMUG’s IT department and I am sure this has been experienced by all others who have requested his assistance.”

Bill also received supporting comments from the department’s Director, John Kovacevich:

“Bill is our lead Faculty support person and he does an excellent job providing faculty the technical guidance they need to succeed in the classroom. Our University mission is to provide excellent teaching and Bill does his part to ensure our faculty meet this goal. I rely on Bill to keep me and the faculty up to date on the latest trends in “teaching technology” and “technology in the classroom”, he never lets us down and Bill is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.”
