Note: This grandfathers in current students and will only affect new incoming freshmen.

As required by Texas Education Code, Section 54.0513(f), the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System will hold public hearings to receive input from students and the public regarding the proposed increases in Designated Tuition for The Texas A&M University System's Academic Institutions, to be effective with the Fall 2013 Semester. These hearings are for students and the public to provide input to the Board of Regents and will be scheduled during the May 1, 2013, Board Meeting, Memorial Student Center, Ballroom 2300 (C, D&E), 275 Joe Routt Blvd., Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Persons wishing to provide public testimony on proposed increases in Designated Tuition should follow the guidelines as set forth in Policy 02.01 (Section 2) posted on the Board's website (https://www.tamus.edu/regents/publictestimony/). The schedule for the Board meeting will be posted to the Board website (https://www.tamus.edu/regents/meetingmaterials/regular/) no later than Friday, April 26, 2013. As required by System policy, hearings have already been held on each campus regarding increases in Designated Tuition.
