Texas A&M University at Galveston Statement Concerning Chartwells Dining Services Complaint

Texas A&M University at Galveston takes the issues raised about Chartwells dining services seriously, as we do all concerns voiced by students. We are confident, especially after the public meeting with Chartwells on November 13, that they will work swiftly to address and correct these issues. Read statement from Chartwells here.

The administration also supports our Student Government’s stance that these issues were not raised through the proper protocol channels in a manner consistent with the university ethos and the Aggie Code of Honor. Read statement from Student Government here.

Making sure that food service for the entire Texas A&M University at Galveston family is safe and of the highest quality is a high priority in this administration.  Therefore, we encourage any student, faculty or staff member who has any concern to report them through the proper channels to Chartwells, through their posted email address, phone number or cafeteria response box, or to our student and staff dining committees or to any administrator.
