Off Campus Housing Application

List of Housing in Galveston Area

Off Campus Options

Nearly 50% of Texas A&M University at Galveston live in what we consider our campus community.  Between the campus residence halls and two apartment complexes (Pelican Island Private Student Housing and University Apartments) located directly across the street from campus that cater only to Aggies, the campus has a vibrant and active campus life.  To fully receive the benefits of this community, students are required to live on campus while there is space available unless they meet certain requirements to live off campus.  An application to live off campus is required to be completed to make sure a student is not billed inappropriately for campus housing.  The form can be downloaded from this page.

Over half of Texas A&M University at Galveston students live out in the Galveston community.  Galveston has a wide variety of apartments - some with ocean views, others nestled in the historic downtown area of Galveston that allow students the opportunity to find a situation that is right for them.  Texas A&M University at Galveston has provided a rough list of some of the apartment complexes where our students have lived.  Please contact them directly to make arrangements.
