11:30 – 2:30p

 We will be serving beef/chicken fajitas, along with beans/rice until gone.
Be sure to bring your money for books, drinks, plants and a chance to win prizes/gift certificates!

All monies raised will be used for the SAC Emergency Fund.  
This fund was set up by the Staff Advisory Committee (SAC) to provide financial assistance to members of the TAMUG family facing events posing an unforeseen financial burden such as, but not limited to, illness of employee or immediate family member, loss of a home due to a natural disaster (fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, etc), or due to the death of an immediate family member.

There will be Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd.

Hope everyone enjoyed the Cinco de Mayo celebration and plant/book sale, thanks to your generosity we were able to raise money for the Staff Emergency Fund.       The winners of the Salsa contest were:

2nd place Pat Hebert,  Facilities Coordinator

3rd place FMS Team

 So be sure to congratulate them if you see them around campus.    As always, SAC is open for suggestion on improving these events or for new events.

Lots of you have already donated your old books, magazines, videos, cd’s, dvd’s and/or video games.  
If you have not yet brought them in please bring your reading or viewing material “05/03” no later than 3:00pm

“Silent Auction/Plant Sale”

 

Plantsale 

We have added a Silent Auction/Plant sale along with the Used Book sale this year.
Not many plants have been donated yet, so you still have time to donate a potted plant.
If you would like to donate, please bring your potted plants to Regina Delao-Daniels or Cathy Kantowski in IS  [CLB115]  
or bring them the morning of the sale b/t: 10:30-11:00am under the tent to the plant table.
