Pilot Wellness Program Kick off

May 16 - We meet with Jan Baldwin and discussed the creating the program.

July 9  -  We discussed the various equipment available and the classes available to us.

July 13th   - 11:00 am    Cardio workout

July 25th   - 11:00 am     Step Class

July 31st   - 11:00 am     Beginners Yoga class


On April 6, 2012 the TAMUG Staff Council asked for your feedback about starting a Worksite Wellness Program on our campus.   

We are proud to announce we are currently hosting a pilot program for a WWP for our campus, and more details should be out soon.    Look forward to something exciting in the fall!
