Atlantic and Pacific Halls
Opening Fall 2012
These two new residence halls will collectively house 588 students. These buildings feature interior hallways and several study and social spaces on every floor. Each building has a large central lobby including a kitchenette (stove, oven, sink) for student use. The buildings enclose a center outdoor area perfect for socializing, improptu frisbee, or outdoor movies. Each suite will house four students, with two students in a room. Each suite will have a small private study area for the suitemates to share, located outside bedrooms. Bathrooms will also be located outside of student rooms, and shared by the suite.

Traditional Student Residence Halls
Oceans Hall
Over 150 students live in the three-story residence hall known as Oceans Hall. The interior corridors make it very easy for residents to get to know all of their neighbors. Students vary from first-year to seniors and there is a broad variety of majors living in Oceans. Students are paired two per room. Each room has a private balcony and shares a bathroom with one other room. Laundry facilities are provided on the main floor of the building.

Hullabaloo Hall
Hullabaloo Hall houses a large lobby area for students to gather and relax. Similar to Oceans Hall, the interior corridors make it easy for residents of this two-story building to get to know their neighbors. Students are paired two per room and each room features a private balcony. Rooms on the first floor share a bathroom with one other room, while rooms on the second floor feature private baths. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor of the building.

Mariner Hall
The largest of TAMUG's current residents halls, there are over 400 students living in the four floors of Mariner Hall. Students of different majors and classifications resident in Mariner. The Office of Academic Enhancement, dedicated to helping students succeed academically, is also housed in Mariner Hall giving students easy access to tutoring, advising, and supplemental instruction. Rooms in Mariner open onto full length balcony/hallways and each room shares a bathroom with one other room. Laundry facilities are located on the first, second, and third floors.

Corps of Cadets Residence Halls
Albatross and Polaris Halls
Both Albatross and Polaris Halls are reserved for the TAMUG Corps of Cadets, who are required to live on-campus regardless of class year or age. Each hall includes upper and under-class men and women, along with at least one Corps officer and/or Company Commander. These buildings feature private baths for each room (two students to a room) as well as kitchenettes including a refridgerator and two-burner electric stove-top.
