It is important to note that, at this time, we do not provide linen service for our residence halls and all groups will need to bring their own linens (sheets, pillows, towels, etc.) for their comfort. We will provide shower curtains, trash cans, and toilet paper for all bathrooms.
At this time third-party groups who wish to have TAMUG involved with their programming efforts will be required to show proof of insurance and background checks on all adults (if you will have any participants under the age of 18, under supervision of adults) before any approval to come to campus can be granted. Additionally, there is a $2 per participant (not counselors), per day processing fee applied to all third-party groups, and all adult counselors will be required to take a free, one-hour, online state mandated child safety course.
TAMUG also provides facilities rental options for groups. Our rates are the same, however, under this option TAMUG is not responsibile and does not participate in the camp or conference. The program is your own, and we provide the facilities for you to host it.
