Please refer to the online Move In Guide and Move In Flow Chart for information about the check in process & how to prepare for move in. You cannot move in prior to the listed move in date unless you have been approved by Residence Life OR if you're participating in an official university activity.
**Please do not arrive prior to the scheduled move in time to avoid delays and to ensure your room is properly prepared for your arrival.**
If you would like to request special consideration to move in early, please email Residences Life at email@example.com with your name, UIN, and reasoning for your early move in request.

ONLY students participating in events sponsored by TAMUG prior to the start of the Fall semester are permitted to move in early and will have their rooms ready for their arrival. These students are still responsible for completing the move in process, which includes checking in at the Residence Life Office and completing your Room Condition Report.
Participants in the following activities are allowed to move in on the following dates:
*You must check in at Residence Life in Pacific Hall between 8AM-5PM, prior to move in.

NOTE: Only students who have official University-scheduled events other than SALT Camp between the 24th and 28th are allowed to move in early. Please see the SALT Camp website for more details.
