How to Sign-Up

If you are a current student, faculty, or staff member of Texas A&M University at Galveston log-in following the steps below:

  • Go to the TAMUG Fusion Portal
  • Sign-in using your NetID and password (same as Howdy)
  • Click on the "Intramurals" tab in the navigation bar
  • Click on the IMLeagues banner in the middle of the page

If you are a TAMUG grad student registered in College Station, but studying/researching in Galveston:

Instructions for within IMLeagues:

  1. Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page 
    Click on the “Texas A&M University at Galveston” link to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues. 
  2. The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join. 
  3. Choose the league you wish to play in (Men’s, Co-Rec, etc.) 
  4. Choose the division you’d like to play in (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) 
  5. You can join the sport one of three ways: 
    a. Create a team (For team captains) 
         i. Captains can invite members to their team by clicking the “Invite Members” link on the team 
            page. Any invited members must accept the invitation to be joined to your team. 
              1. If they’ve already registered on IMLeagues: search for their name, and invite them. 
              2. If they haven’t yet registered on IMLeagues: scroll down to the “Invite by Email Address” 
                  box, and input their email address. 
    b. Join a team 
         i. Use the Create/Join Team Button at top right of every page. 
         ii. Accepting a request from the captain to join his team. 
         iii. Finding the team and captain name on division/league page and requesting to join. 
         iv. Going to the captain’s playercard page, viewing his team, and requesting to join. 
    c. Join as a Free Agent  
         i. You can list yourself as a free agent in as many divisions within a league as you'd like.  You will be visible to all members of the site and can request to join teams, or post information about yourself so teams can request to add you to their team.

Intramural Sport Rules

The captain's handbook outlines all of the general procedures and policies within the intramural sports program including player eligibility, playoff seeding, and captain's responsibilities.  The sport specific rules will outline some of the most important aspects of the captain's handbook as well as cover rules specific to that individual sport.

Intramural Sports Council

The Intramural Sports Council, comprised of five TAMUG students, serves in an advisory capacity for the Intramural Sports program.  The council assists in the resolution of intramural participant protests and appeals, and also serves as a resource to the Intramural Sports Program regarding new activities.

The Fall 2015 Intramural Council has immediate openings for new members.  Applications are now being accepted until the positions are filled.  Requirements for applicants are as follows:

1. At least sophomore standing.

2. Prior participation in the Intramural Sports Program.

3. Availability to meet once per month, or as needed.
