TAMU President Elsa Murano Visits Campus TAMUG Students Help to Build Habitat House in Texas City Navy Band The Express to Perform at TAMUG Texas Maritime Academy Dedicates Honor Guard |
Forty League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) youths from Raul Izaguirre Academy in Houston and Conroe High School (pictured above) visited Texas A&M University at Galveston on January 25, 2008. The students participated in a Sea Camp activity - dissecting sharks, toured the training ship USTS TEXAS CLIPPER and toured campus. Additionally, the students participated in a financial aid and admissions workshop to become better prepared in their academic endeavors.
