coastal engineering situations

model, and solve complex problems in marine structural
engineering and hydrodynamics

comprehensively either offshore or coastal systems or
components with realistic constraints in a team setting
(4) ability to effectively
present design/project reports or other technical material
to clients or other expert or non-expert audiences

socioeconomic, geopolitical, ethical, and environmental
issues that surround engineering in the oceans and the
coastal zone
