Graduate Professions
While a few of our graduates pursue advanced study immediately after obtaining their Bachelor's degree, most opt for a position in companies dealing with marine construction and design. To date we have a 100% placement rate in industry with starting salaries of approximately $50,000 per year. Earning a degree in Maritime Systems Engineering takes a lot of hard work, but it pays off with a high paying exciting career.
MASE graduates are qualified to work in many different fields including the oil and gas industries, ports and harbors, shipyards and governmental agencies. This allows MASE graduates to have broad opportunities for employment after graduation. Some of our graduates work for companies like:
