Formal written complaints concerning the University’s services may be directed to academic departments, administrative offices, or the Customer Service Representative listed above. A written response will be made to each written compliant within 10 working days. The Complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate University office for resolution, and the written response shall indicate to whom the compliant has been forwarded and when the complainant may expect a response from that office.
The formal written complaint procedures are not intended to supplant the other established procedures that have been and will continue to be used as a means for TAMUG’s customers to receive information and resolve issues.
