Get To Know Steve Conway

What in your life drew you to your current field of study?

I was drawn to Information Technology in 1982 because of my interest in entrepreneurship and change management. This was the year the IBM PC came out, IT was obviously going to be the biggest agent of change during my career.

What do you hope your students gain from studying or working with you?

I want to help my students gain skills (technical and leadership) that in their future employment will give them a competitive advantage over peers in their organization and give their organization an advantage over other organizations. I want to prepare them to succeed and excel.

What are you passionate about in your personal life?

Spoiling my grandsons and spending time on my ranch in Oklahoma.
