All conference events will be held at the Moody Gardens Hotel & Conference Center 7 Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554.
Conference room rates are $99 for singles and $129 for doubles.

Please make transportation arrangements from either Houston's Hobby Airport or Bush/Intercontinental Airport to the Hotel Galvez. It is roughly 45 minutes from Hobby and 75 minutes from IAH to Galveston and there are several shuttle services available that make the trip from both airports. Galveston Limousine Service runs most frequently to both airports and you can access their schedule at www.galvestonlimo.com. Uber and Lyft and other ride share services have returned to Galveston and you can use their services to and from either airport.
