New Computer Requests    

Please follow the steps below for ordering a new computing device (PC, tablet, laptop, etc.) and accessories.

  1. Please use the "New Computer Request Form" link at the bottom of this section to order a new computer.
  2. When the computer is delivered to your department, please add it to your departmental inventory.
  3. Please bring it to the Information Services (IS) office in CLB 113 for set-up and general install.  When the machine is delivered to us, a liability form will need to be completed prior to IS working on the machine. 
  4. Upon completion of install and set-up, a ServiceNow email will be sent notifying that the machine is ready.
  5. We will schedule a time with the intended user to deliver the machine so a technician can configure Outlook to complete the set-up process.

The general install is a grouping of software that all University computers are able to access.
