Information Services has a major role in the successful operations of Texas A&M University at Galveston. We are involved in every aspect of the teaching, learning and business functions of the institution.

Information Technology Services & Support

Helpdesk Galveston    

Texas A&M Galveston Campus Helpdesk is operated by TAMUG Information Services (IS).

Open:

Monday to Friday
7:30am to 6:00pm

During business hours 7:30am to 6:00pm, you can reach Helpdesk at 409-740-4714, or x4714 if on campus, to report your problem. You can also email helpdesk@tamug.edu.

Please ensure you provide your name and contact details. Your problem will be entered into our helpdesk system and assigned to the appropriate staff member who will contact you.

We are located in CLB (Building 3007) in Room 115. Please stop by if you need more information or further assistance.

If you are having problems accessing systems such as Howdy, eCampus, or Email, your NetID has possibly expired. If you are on campus, you can come to the IS Office Suite to fill out a password reset form. 

After hours or on weekends, you can call TAMU Helpdesk at 979-845-8300 for Howdy, eCampus or NetID related problems.  They provide assistance 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
