Student Assistants

Human Resources is located in Bldg. 3027, Room 123 - Office Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

You will receive an email when your background check has been completed with a list of available dates/times for orientation.  Orientation takes approximately ONE hour.  Please respond to that email promptly as time slots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

When you arrive for Orientation you MUST bring the required documentation:

I-9 Documentation – This is NOT the I-9 form itself; a complete list of acceptable documents is listed below

Social Security Card – if you present a Driver’s License it needs to be the original – a copy is ok if you present a passport

Valid US Driver’s License or Passport            

Banking information (Routing and Account number) for direct deposit setup

You cannot complete your Orientation without these documents and students cannot begin work until the New Student Orientation has been completed.
