Description of Duties  & Responsibilities

The student worker will attend the remotely offered classes: MASE 265 (Intro to Geotechnical Engineering), MASE 489-401 (Special Topics in Dredging), MASE 261 (Applied Numerical Methods). Student is expected to arrive approximately 15 minutes before class to assist a Teaching Assistant or Professor in making sure TTVN Equipment is operating properly, and to remain in the class to assist or to call tech support in the event of any operational failures. Student is also expected to monitor for students using electronic devices (laptops, cell phones etc.) securing class and to either prevent continued use of the device or report infraction to an authority figure.

Job Qualifications

The student worker should be in the MASE degree sequence and be in good academic standing. It is preferred that the student not be recently enrolled in any of the courses noted.
