Description of Duties

And Responsibilities

Greet and direct visitors, answer and direct phone calls, able to assist with the use of office machines (copier, fax machine, shredder, etc.), run errands, type, file and other related office work.  Assist the Chief editor of the Journal of Water, Ports, Coastal & Ocean Engineering with the handling of the manuscripts consisting of online responses, printing and file management.

Job Qualifications

General office qualifications or clerical skills;  computer knowledge of MS Office;  general office machine skills;  MARR or MASE degree;  Sophomore or Junior with overall GPA of 2.5 or higher.  Must comply with University policies;  must have good communication skills;  strong work ethics and a positive attitude.
