Description of Duties & Responsibilities

[Tier 1- Helpdesk Support] Work with IS staff @ TAMUG Helpdesk helping with phone calls, troubleshooting classroom or hardware/software problems on university/personal PC's. May be asked to work special events, during evening or weekend hours. Depending on skills, you may be assigned to help with updating web pages/design, video editing projects, or network projects.

Job Qualifications

ALL APPLICANTS: Need to have knowledge of computers & a basic knowledge of computer networking & common computer applications
ALL APPLICANTS: Will be expected to complete ALL helpdesk training. MUST have the ability to multi-task & work with people on a variety of user levels.
