Description of Duties  & Responsibilities

Smile and be productive in your work, Academically excel to maintain your employment,
Report to assigned supervisor at scheduled work times,Type material assigned and make necessary photo copies on copy equipment, Fax material from facsimile equipment as assigned
Separate and label outgoing mail as assigned, Be cordial to students, faculty, staff and visitors entering the office, Transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel or record appropriate message, Be articulate, professional and responsible, Know our campus, its events and activities well, Can address all questions optimistically, Reflect the diversity of our student population, Guide memorable walking tours for individuals, families and large groups,Provide a positive visit experience to all guests, Work minimum of 20 hours per week in the summer

Job Qualifications

Good computer skills, excellent communication skills and detail oriented. The ability to handle confidential matters and to be professional. Related work experience preferred.
