Captain's Landing
Fall and Spring Semesters

The Captain's Landing will provide continuous service from 6:30am until 7:00pm. However, the dining hall will be closed for 15 minutes prior to lunch and dinner to reset the serving lines.

Monday through Friday

Saturday and Sunday

The Captain's Landing is the main dining area on campus.  Chef Myers selects menu items that provide you with a wide variety of options.  There are choices for everyone to enjoy.  We offer hot entrees, cook-to-order station, salad bar with a variety of items, deli area and fast food items from The Galley.

Boxed Meals and Take Out Meals
Life can get hectic, so we have a convenient option for food on the run.  When your schedule does not allow you to sit down and enjoy the day's menu, we will fix you a boxed meal.  Select from your favorite deli items or salads. 

If you prefer, you may select a hot meal to go from the daily menu.  You will receive an entree box and a smaller box which can be used salads.  You will make your selections from the prepared hot and salad lines.  The take out option is not an "all you can eat" option.

Given these options for food on the run, you may not take dishware, glasses or other supplies from the dining hall without the prior consent of the director.

Closed Saturday and Sunday

The Galley menu consists of pizza, grilled burgers, hot dogs, fries, hot and cold specialty sandwiches and deli.
