All scholarships awarded from TAMUG are based on the student's admission application information (Texas Common Application), specific areas considered are: grades, class standing, ACT/SAT scores, and activities. Please apply for admission as soon as possible and be sure to include all extracurricular and leadership activities. March is the deadline to receive your acceptance letter in order to be considered in the first selection group of scholarships for the upcoming academic year. For more information on individual scholarship opportunities, click the scholarship names listed below. Scholarships marked with an (*) do not require an additional application as your application to the university serves as your application for the scholarship. These scholarships are considered to be competitive. Scholarships marked with two (**) do require an additional application. These are available for download below the name of the scholarship.
Texas A & M University at Galveston When received, scholarship funds will be credited to your billing statement. The funds will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters, unless otherwise directed by the organization granting the scholarship. We welcome all types of scholarship or fellowship funds and encourage you to apply for any local scholarships which you may be eligible for.
