To be eligible for the Lyons scholarship you must be an entering freshman from Galveston County, an engineer major (MARR or MASE), and filed the 2008-2009 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which indicates financial need. If you meet these criteria please look at the information below and submit the following application to the Office of Student Financial Aid.
