There are many ways to support Texas A&M and few of these investments require that you write a lump-sum check. You can pledge a current gift or you can plan a gift that will be fully funded in the future.
The best giving plans make a difference in others' lives and can improve your financial and/or tax situation—often right away.
If you prefer to defer funding your gift until after your lifetime, there are several methods from which you can choose, each with different benefits. In addition, some giving methods pay you for a particular time period, after which the remainder of the gift will be your legacy to A&M.
When you support Texas A&M with a current, after-lifetime or dual-benefit gift, we’ll work with you to ensure both you and the university benefit.
Download a brochure for more information on all the methods of giving.
Support Texas A&M with a gift of cash, an electronic funds transfer, matching gift or securities.
If your company has a matching gift program, you may be able to make a larger donation to support A&M without further reducing your own assets and still receive a charitable deduction for the amount you give.
Recognize a person’s life accomplishments with a gift in memory or in honor of a professor, mentor, student, relative or friend.
An after-lifetime or dual-benefit gift might be the best option for your future as well as Texas A&M’s.
Supporting Texas A&M with gifts or volunteering provides value for your company by raising public awareness of your organization's mission and service.
Donating property, now or after your lifetime, to the Texas A&M Foundation provides tax advantages while relieving you or loved ones of the day-to-day responsibilities of property ownership.
Make a pledge payment or support your favorite college, department or program with an online credit card gift.
If you prefer to send a check or money order please make your check payable to the Texas A&M Foundation (If you have chosen either the William C. Hearn ’63 Student Development Endowment or Sea Aggie Partners in Excellence Fund please reference them in the memo line). Mail your check to:
Texas A&M University at Galveston
c/o the Development Office
P.O. Box 1675
Galveston, Texas 77553
If you prefer to make your contribution via credit card, please follow this link to the Texas A&M Foundation website.
You may be able to double, triple or quadruple the amount of your gift by taking advantage of a corporate matching program. Every organization has its own rules and matching gift forms, so be sure to check with your company’s human resources department.
