Another day in paradise aboard the Texas Clipper II as we head towards the Gulf of Mexico.  Today, senior cades are taking final exams.  The senior cadets have stayed up late at night studying for these exams in order to impress their instructors with their newly acquired  knowledge of subjects they have mastered this summer.

On Friday, the sophomores and juniors take their final exams.  Today, they have been very busy studying.  Cadets are studying on deck, in the cadet mess and in the library, some are even studying for exams on steel beach as they work on their tan.  The seniors will be finished with their exams today and on Friday will be standing watch or doing maintenance on deck.

The seas are calm and the skies are clear.  Another beautiful day at sea.
