Yesterday was a
day of rest. Cadets were lying out in the sun or
watching movies. Last night at 1700, the senior cadet
dinner was held in the hanger. Cadets were served
salads, steaks, yams, and green beans. For dessert key
lime pie was served. All had a great time.
Today, two
companies are working maintenance on the ship. This
evening at 1830 formation will be held and a field day will
commence.
At 0630 on
Tuesday, we will pick up the Corpus Christi pilot at the sea
buoy and head to port. We expect to be alongside 0900.
