The Council of American Master Mariners (CAMM) is a nationwide professional organization of active and retired ship masters and pilots in the American Merchant Marine. Established in 1936, the Council is independent of any union, school or company. We are dedicated to advancing maritime and nautical science by fostering the exchange of maritime information and experience, promoting advances in nautical education and training standards, and the publication of professional literature.

  • 29 April - 2017 Corps Awards Ceremony & Change of Command/Final Review

    • The 2017 Corps Awards Ceremony and Change of Command/Final Review is scheduled for Saturday, 29 April 2017.

      • General Schedule:

        • 10:00am-12:00pm: Corps Awards Ceremony (Location:  Bldg. 3018 - PE Facility)

          • From 12:00pm-1:30pm, Cadets will be permitted to be in appropriate civilian attire

        • 2:00pm-3:30pm:  Change of Command Ceremony and Pass in Review (Location:  TBA)

          • First Call (First notification to prepapre to assemble): 1:35pm

          • Second Call (Final notificaiton to prepare to assemble): 1:45pm

          • Formation: 1:50pm

          • Adjutant's Call: 1:55pm

          • Change of Command Ceremony Begins: 2:00pm

  • 12 MayNROTC Commissioning Ceremony

    • When: Friday, 12 May (Time is TBA)

    • Where: American Undersea Warfare Center, Seawolf Park on Pelican Island, Galveston, TX
