Trouble Connecting w/ your Xbox 360?

 Follow these instructions:

 Locate the MAC Address of Your Xbox 360 Console

1.    Go to the System area of the Xbox Dashboard and select Network Settings.

2.    Select Edit Settings.

3.    From Additional Settings, select Advanced Settings.

At the bottom of this screen you'll see a heading called Wired MAC Address. This 12-digit sequence is what needs to be given to CIS to enter into the Clean Access server.  Use this on-line form to send your information to CIS. Or just bring it by CLB 115.
