Helpdesk Galveston

If you are having problems accessing systems such as Howdy, Elearning, or Email - Your NETID has possibly expired.    If you are on campus, you can come into CIS (CLB Rm 115) and fill out a form to have your account marked to allow you reset your password.  

After hours or on weekends you can call TAMU Helpdesk on  979 845 8300 for Howdy, Elearning or NetID related problems.

Please ensure you provide your name and contact details, your problem will be entered into our helpdesk system and assigned to the appropriate staff member who will get back intouch with you.
