If you are having problems accessing systems such as Howdy, Elearning, or Email - Your NETID has possibly expired. If you are on campus, you can come into CIS (CLB Rm 115) and fill out a form to have your account marked to allow you reset your password.
After hours or on weekends you can call TAMU Helpdesk on 979 845 8300 for Howdy, Elearning or NetID related problems.
During business hours 7:30am to 6:00pm you can reach Helpdesk at (409-740-4714) x4714 if on campus to report your problem. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure you provide your name and contact details, your problem will be entered into our helpdesk system and assigned to the appropriate staff member who will get back in touch with you.
