Helpdesk Galveston

Computer Information Services at Texas A&M Galveston is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

During business hours please call the Helpdesk at xtn 4714 (409 740 4714) and report your problem.

After hours you can email helpdesk@tamug.edu or call xtn 4714 and leave a voicemail message. Please ensure you provide your name and contact details. The next business day your problem will be entered into our helpdesk system and assigned to the required staff member.

If you are having problems accessing systems as your NetID has expired you can come into CIS (CLB Rm 115) or see Mark Lee in  the SAGC and request a password reset.

After hours you can call Neo Account Services on 979 845 7223 for NetID related problems.
