Web Outlook        

Staff and Faculty who have an "@tamug.edu" email address can access their Exchange Outlook account from a web browser either on or off campus. This is ideal for checking your email while at another location on campus, at home or out of town.

 

To Access Your Web Outlook Account

Open your web browser and go to https://exchange.tamu.edu

A login box will appear. Use your NetID and password to login.

From here you can check emails, send emails, delete emails, check your calendar in almos the same way you use Outlook from your work computer.

Out of Office Message

The Options area lets you turn on/off your out of office assistant message. Click on the "Cog" icon at the top right of the screen. Select "Automatic Replies". You can specify the dates and times to send your out of office message. Enter your out of office message and click OK to turn it on or off.
