Off Campus Access

When voicemail answers press * followed by your extension number and then #

The voicemail system will prompt you for input and guide you depending on what actions you are taking.

New Mailbox Setup and Greetings

From your phone:
Press the Messages button or dial 4444
Enter your PIN number followed by #

Record a Personal Greeting
To Record a new greeting that callers will hear when you don't answer your phone:
Press 4 then 1 then 1 and record a personal greeting.

Record a Mailbox Name
To Record your mailbox name (this only needs to be done at initial setup of mailbox):
Press 4 then 3 then 2 and say your name.
