Contact CIS and they will be able to assign you a temporary password that you should change once you log in.

Net ID Accounts
If you forget your password, you will can:

1. Come to CIS and we can help mark your account so you can reset your password

2. If you have setup your "Self Service" password reset questions you can go to http://gateway.tamu.edu and click on the "Forgot Password" link and then select "Self-Service Password Reset" and answer your security questions

3. Contact Helpdesk Central's 24 Hour CIS Helpdesk at (979) 845 8300.
