Rehearsal, Friday, December 16, 2011 at 10 a.m. in TAMUG Gymnasium
Rehearsal will include a practice run-through of the ceremony in layout similar to what we will have on Saturday morning. You will be placed in order for the Commencement processional. The announcer will practice calling your names and take notes on pronunciation. You will receive information about being a former student and will do a final check with Admissions and Records. Caps and gowns are not necessary.

Commencement, Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 9 a.m. at Moody Gardens Convention Center, Exhibit Hall C
The processional will begin at 9 a.m. sharp. You must be in line in your robes or uniform no later than 8:40 a.m.

Reception, Saturday, December 17, 2011 immediately following Commencement at Moody Gardens Convention Center
A brunch reception for all the graduates and their guest will be held in the Ocean and Coastal Studies building.
