Registration is completed by electronically submitting the information listed below.  Individuals will not be registered unless full payment is made by either of the two options listed below. 

No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after 5 May.

Confirmation e-mails will be sent once payment has been received.

 Hotel reservations:

The Crustacean Society Summer Meeting hotel is the Hilton Galveston Island at 5400 Seawall Boulevard, Galveston, TX.  Rates for this meeting are Single/Double $159, only guaranteed until Mon. May 19.

Attendees must arrange their own reservations with the hotel by contacting the hotel Reservations Department at 1-877-425-4753, stating they are with the Crustacean Society Summer Meeting and reserve the dates they require.  If you have trouble getting through on this  toll free number you can e-mail Rhonda Patterson at rpatterson@sanluisresort.com or phone directly through to hotel reservations at (409) 741-4487 during normal business hours. Those individuals following this procedure will automatically receive the special group rates.  After the date of May 19, 2008, the hotel will release any rooms held but not reserved by individuals.
